The Challenge
APN needed to refine its strategic direction for 2020 and develop a results-focused short-term plan with clear objectives, performance measures and strategic initiatives.
The Solution
Through workshop sessions and applying a strategic planning framework, we worked with APN's leadership team to refresh the strategy and refine and identify strategic objectives, performance measures and initiatives.
The Results
The leadership team developed clear goals, performance measures and initiatives for the period 2019-2020 and an action plan for implementation.
